What software do you use/recommend?

We work with many accounting platforms, but our preferred choice is QuickBooks Online. Below are some of the benefits of using this cutting-edge software:

  • Live in the cloud. You can access your information anywhere at any time with your own unique login.

  • QBO partners and integrates with many other great software companies. They even have their own payroll system

  • When you team with BizFix, we keep your books up to date so at any given moment you’re able to run and pull reports directly from your laptop or even your phone (Of course we’re here to do all that for you as well!)

  • You own the software. If you decide to leave BizFix, you’re able to take 100% of your data with you!

No – We perform most of the work remotely but we’re available to meet with our clients in person.

Are you 100% remote?

Yes! We’re local to the Los Angeles/ South Bay area. However, we work with clients all over the U.S.

Are you in the U.S?

Yes. We have great relationships with our clients CPA’s. We are in constant communication with them throughout the year making sure you’re always tax ready.

Do you work with my CPA?

Which payroll service should I use?

We work with many different payroll providers. ADP, Paychex, QBO Payroll, Gusto to name a few. We can help you get setup with a new payroll system or continue using the one you have currently.

Absolutely! We keep a track of all your vendors that are supposed to receive a 1099 for each year.

Can you process 1099’s?

Which E-Commerce platforms do you work with?

We work with most major eCommerce platforms, including Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, and eBay (to name a few.) We reconcile your eCommerce account with your bank account to make sure every dollar is booked correctly.

How does it work with my Paypal?

We set up PayPal so it comes through your bank account as a sales or expense transaction. The best practice is not to pay bills out of PayPal, however, if you do, please advise your bookkeeper so your transactions will be booked appropriately

Is there a contract for your services?

No. While we ask that you give us 30 days’ notice of intention to leave, you are free to cancel services with us at any time.

What do you need to get started?

We will need your most up to date balance sheet and P&L. If you’re behind and in need of catchup we can discuss a starting point.

How does billing work?

Each client has their own unique situation but for the most part, we bill on the 1st of the month for prior month services.

What are your hours?

As you’re aware, the world has changed. We’re no longer bound by a brick and mortar, 9-5 regimen. We are always available by phone, email, or text. We pride ourselves on being as responsive as possible.
